Description
The apartment is a 65m2 ground floor two-bedroomed apartment, built in 1981 and situated about 300 metres from the village centre and its shops.
Double glazed throughout and with plentiful wood interior panelling in the traditional Swiss style, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It has good-quality furniture, wall to wall carpeting in the living area and bedrooms and tiled flooring around the kitchen bay, hall and bathroom.
There
are twin beds in each bedroom, one of which also has a cot. The
main living-dining room has armchair, TV, radio/cassette and a large
L-shaped sofa whose cushions and seat backs detach to form one or
two beds. A dining area and kitchen bay has space and equipment
for six people; kitchen equipment includes toaster, coffee filter
machine as well as modern cooker and fridge etc.
The main bathroom has bath, shower and WC; there is also a separate cloakroom with an extra WC. The living room and one of the bedrooms both have French windows leading out to a South-facing terrace with an open view down the valley, a beautiful sun-trap for an outdoor lunch or relaxing after a day's skiing. Outside the apartment there is also a sheltered area with ski rack and space for toboggans or similar equipment. You can park your car just a few yards from the door.
